How the Treatment Process Works
For most patients the process starts remotely: you share your MRI images and existing reports, your situation is reviewed, and we discuss whether surgery is genuinely necessary. Not every herniated disc needs an operation. If surgery is appropriate, the technique (endoscopic discectomy, UBE, microsurgery or fusion), the estimated hospital time and aftercare are planned together. Your travel is organised only after the plan is clear.
Why Turkey?

Remote Pre-Assessment
The first step is always reviewing imaging and reports. Sharing your MRI and any previous operative reports is enough for an initial assessment of your situation. This pre-assessment is free and commits you to nothing. After the review, an honest opinion is shared on whether surgery is needed, the suitable technique and the process.
How the Cost Is Determined
The cost of spine surgery is not a single fixed figure; it depends on the technique used, the implants and consumables, the type of anaesthesia, the hospital and room choice and the length of hospital stay. For this reason, rather than publishing a fixed online price list, we prefer to offer a tailored and transparent quote. The quote becomes clear after the pre-assessment is complete; at no stage are guarantees or promises of a certain outcome given.
Travel and Accommodation
Once the treatment plan is clear, the practicalities of travel and accommodation are discussed together: the estimated hospital time, the recommended wait before flying after surgery, and follow-up visits. A multilingual support team helps you with appointments and communication. Practical matters such as a companion and local transport are also included in the plan.
